Services at the Airport

The InfoGates are located throughout the terminals and are available especially to PRM guests who need care. 

Terminal 1

• Arrival B, at the meeting point, level 1
• Check-in Hall B, between door 4 and 5, level 2
• Check-in Hall C, next to door 7, level 2

Terminal 2

In Terminal 2 PRM guests can find the service point in the middle of the terminal on level 2.

In addition, 6 Pick-Up Points, available to PRM guests, are located at selected hubs in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
